There are certain things in life that require slow, dedicated time for practice, concentration, and focus. These are the things that matter most to you. Having meals with friends and family. Learning new hobbies. Work that doesn’t feel like work. Exploring the world.

Slow it down. Take a breath. Take your time. This is the important stuff and it shouldn’t be rushed.
